Trilogy Survey Solutions (Trilogy SS) provides professional survey services based on the Gold Coast – locally owned and operated with a strong focus on customer service, building relationships, and our professional approach based on a diverse range of experiences. We aim to provide quality in a timely manner providing a personal approach.
Our Story
Trilogy is a family-based company, Consulting Surveyor/Director (Wayne Geradts) and Surveyor in training (Tom Eades) have lived and based out of the Gold Coast for more than 20 years. Wayne has over 30 years experience living on the Gold Coast and working throughout SE Queensland and on numerous projects across the state. Formal qualifications / registrations include Bachelor of Applied Science (Surveying) from QUT, registration as a Licensed Surveyor in 2000, registration with the Surveyors Board Queensland with a Consulting Endorsement as well as accredition with the Department of Resources.
Experience gained from working at Gold Coast and Brisbane based companies at all levels from surveyor up to management level ensure a wide range of personal and management skills including project management, cadastral and titling advice, remote and construction projects, client relationship and business development, surveying skills and knowledge.
This background along with a hands-on approach is what Trilogy Survey Solutions offers its clients - a small scale business built on the solid foundations of hard work, experience and building client relationships.
Away from work Wayne has enjoyed success on the local sporting field playing in multiple premierships with Labrador (AFL) Football Club, along with premierships playing cricket at Burleigh Sharks and veterans cricket on the Gold Coast.

Pre-Construction Planning
Our surveyors work closely with architects, engineers, and builders to ensure that the site is properly prepared for construction. We provide detailed reports and plans that help streamline the construction process.
Detail Surveys
Typically at the commencement of any development project, small or large, a site survey to confirm the topography and location of improvements are required. This information once mapped can be utilised by various consultants to inform design considerations for you project and will form an integral part of the design and approval process.
Titled Planning & Building Management Statements
We also have experience with more complex layered community titled schemes, developments (mixed use) incorporating a building management statements with volumetric component/s, etc.
Cadastral Surveys
Providing cadastral (boundary) survey from identification surveys to confirm your residential property boundaries to complex community titled or land subdivision projects, we have the experience and capability to survey and prepare the required survey plans.
